Because of the popularity of golf in Spain, many Spanish package holidays are available in hotels or other types of accommodation near or adjacent to golf courses. There are many blocks of apartments near some golf courses which can be rented, purchased or are available on a time-share basis. The construction industry in Spain is currently going through a difficult time, so there are many bargains to be found from builders who need to get newly-built properties sold quickly - and these include golf-side properties.
